U.S. Junior Men Set for Belgium

Five U.S. players are set to compete as the 2011 Men's World Junior Squash Individual Championship gets underway tomorrow in Herentals, Belgium. Since 2009 has the Junior Individual Championship been held annually, having previously only been held every other year in conjunction with the Team Championship. Before 2009, the World Junior Championships were held every two years alternating between Junior Women’s and Junior Men’s events. The World Women’s Junior Individual and Team Championships will be held at Harvard University in Boston, July 20-30, 2011.

Competing for the U.S. in Herentals are Dylan Murray (NY), Edward Columbia (MA), Thomas Dembinski (CT), Liam McClintock (MA), and Faraz Khan (NJ).
